Refund Policy

We want customers to receive the items they ordered in the condition described on our website. Please read this policy before placing an order.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To request a return, email seednary2026@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions by email. The return address may vary by order and will be provided in the approval email.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue where applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a Seednary error, such as a wrong or damaged item, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost where a return is required. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the return approval email.

Non-returnable items

Opened seed packets, used items, items not in original packaging, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for items that are restricted from return shipping by law or carrier rules.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at seednary2026@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipping.
